A London based Hotel Development professional, most at home out on the trail, or seeking new physical challenges. Equally happy running or cycling, I’m currently working my way through the Abbott World Marathon Major Series. Berlin 🇩🇪 (3:08) London 🇬🇧 (3:06), New York 🇺🇸(2:58), and my non-Abbott PB – Paris 🇫🇷 (2:57:14). 10k PB: 35:28 (2020), Half Marathon: 1:18:17 (2020). On two wheels, I’m always on the look out for new adventures having completed the Deloitte Ride Across Britain (Land’s End to John o’Groats), and now cycled solo to Budapest!

Having been inspired by other blogs in preparing for latest trip, I wanted to share my thoughts and experiences in the hope that others may find it useful (or entertaining!). I plan to provide my thoughts on the kit I used, route guidance and provide a general commentary is to the realities of life on the road.
